Geiger expands European presence with acquisition of S&P Werbeartikel and UP Werbemittel

Lewiston, ME – January 06, 2026 — Geiger, the world's largest privately held and family-owned promotional products distributor announces its German business, Geiger GmbH, has acquired two promotional products distributors—S&P Werbeartikel (Düsseldorf) and UP Werbemittel (Münster), effective January 2026. Both companies will now operate under Geiger's Senden, Germany headquarters, where centralized leadership, systems, and compliance infrastructure will support a seamless transition.
